Porath & Barbuto, P.A. provides quality legal services to clients from Palm Beach’s western communities, as well as, surrounding areas, offering over 27 years of combined experience in the practice of law.  Our firm is regularly engaged in the general practice of law with the majority of services consisting of representing individuals in family law, wills & trusts and probate matters. 

However, at Porath & Barbuto, the needs of our clients have prompted us to expand our practice to include representation in general civil litigation matters.  Whether representation is needed to seek compensation for a wrong committed upon our client, or whether representation is needed to defend against a frivolous law suit, this expansion allows Porath & Barbuto to better serve the needs of our diverse client base.  Additionally, at Porath & Barbuto, we handle out-of-state legal matters for our seasonal / transient clients residing in California and New Jersey.
