Anthony M. Barbuto, Esq.

Mr. Barbuto is the founder of Barbuto Law & Associates, P.A.  His primary areas of practice include Wills & Trusts, Probate Administration, Litigation and Equestrian Law.  Mr. Barbuto received his Bachelor’s degree in literature, cum laude, from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  He is an active member of the bar associations of Florida, California and New Jersey, and is licensed to practice in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Barbuto is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Animal Law section of the Florida Bar.

Carly Johansson, Esq.

Mrs. Johansson is a highly accomplished lawyer with more than a decade of experience in litigation and complex transactions involving commercial matters.  At Barbuto Law, Mrs. Johansson practices predominantly in the litigation department, handling complex litigation matters, a substantial portion of which involves real estate and equestrian-related litigation.  Mrs. Johansson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.  She is an active member of numerous local, state and national organizations and shares the Firm’s commitment to public service and community initiatives.

Daniel Ohm, Esq.

Mr. Ohm practices predominantly in the areas of family law, collections and immigration.  Mr. Ohm graduated with honors in pre-law from Florida Atlantic University and received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.  He has written a book on the subject of family law titled, Florida Divorce: Getting Through the Monetary & Emotional Effects of Divorce.  He is an active member of the Florida Bar Association.
